Sitting here listening to Sargent Avenue on ReverbNation. Have not been able to go shoot these guys this year yet. Its always fun for me to go see, hear and shoot them.

Last night I was sleeping and woke up in severe pain and turned my body and my back popped it hurt even worse for about 10 seconds and then most of the pain was gone. I was amazed by how good it felt and it still feels alot better.

I thank everyone who has been praying for me. Maybe I can finally start living again, instead of just existing.

Even if its for a short time. Hope everyone has a wonderful day and hope the weather is as nice as it is here.  Take care and God bless you.
